CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-095 <br />A RESOLU'T'ION SUPPORTING PARTICIPATION <br />IN THE "FIRE AND RESCUE SHARED SERVICES <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY GRANT PROGRAM" <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council, by resolution, supports the application for and <br />participation in the "Fire and Rescue Shared Services Feasibility Study Grant <br />Program" as administrated by the Minnesota State Fire Marshal, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony recognizes the City of Columbia Heights as the lead <br />jurisdiction in the grant application, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony also recognizes the City of Columbia Heights as the <br />lead jurisdiction to enter into the grant agreement on behalf of all participating <br />agencies, and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony authorizes the St. <br />Anthony Fire Department to act on the City's behalf and participate in the shared services study <br />process. <br />ADOPTED: This day, December 11, 2012 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barb Suciu, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />Jerome O.
