ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 13, 2011 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Absent: Councilmember Gray, <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, Fire Chief John Malenick, Finance Director Roger Larson, <br />Director of Public Works Jay Hartman, and City Lngincer Todd Hubmer. <br />CONSIDERATION, ,DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF TIIE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 13, 2011, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Mayor Faust requested the addition of an update by the St. Anthony Community Theater as <br />agenda item II.B. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of December 13, 2011, as amended. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />11. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNFI'IONS. <br />A. 2011 Fire Prevention Poster Contest Winners. <br />Fire Chief Malenick presented the 2011 fire prevention poster contest winners, as follows: 0' <br />place -- Hanna Wilke (5°1 grade), P place — Sophia White (5°' grade), 2" a place — Kate Sandage <br />(5°i grade), and I" place — Blli Carlson (01 grade). He added that the posters will be taken to the <br />State Fire Marshal for submission in a statewide contest. <br />Mayor Faust congratulated the contest winners and complimented them on their hard work. <br />B. St. Anthony Community Theater Update. <br />Mr. Bob Foster and the St. Anthony Community Theater cast presented a song from their <br />production of Christmas Carol. <br />C! <br />
