A Resolution Ordering Improvements <br />This resolution states that the Council has completed the public hearing process and orders <br />the project to be completed. <br />II. A Resolution Adopting and Confirming Assessments for the 2012 Street and Utility <br />Improvements <br />Included in the Council packet are the assessments that have been calculated in accordance <br />with the City's street assessment policy for the 2012 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project. This resolution declares the amount to be assessed at $474,279.55 and outlines the <br />assessment process in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />III. A Resolution Awarding a Bid for 2012 Street and Utility Improvements <br />This resolution awards the contract for the 2012 street reconstruction project to the lowest <br />bidder. A tabulation of these bidders, as well as the low bidder of Kuechle Underground, <br />Inc. with a bid amount of $1,464,869.17, can be seen in the Council packet. <br />IV. A Resolution Awarding a Bid for Macalaster Drive Pipe Bursting Project <br />This resolution awards the contract for the Macalaster Drive Pipe Bursting project to the <br />lowest bidder.
