ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 MARCH 13, 2012 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />16 Absent: None. <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, Fire Chief John Malenick, and Police Chief John Ohl. <br />18 <br />19 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />20 ITEMS. <br />21 <br />22 I. APPROVAL OF MARCH 13, 2012, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />25 Council Meeting Agenda of March 13, 2012. <br />26 <br />27 Motion carried unanimously. <br />28 <br />29 11. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />30 <br />31 None. <br />32 <br />33 I11. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />34 <br />35 A. Consider February 28 2012 Council meeting minutes; <br />36 B. Consider licenses andep rmits; <br />37 C. Consider payment of claims; <br />38 D. Consider Resolution 12-033; Re -Establishing Unchanged Precincts and Polling Places; <br />39 E. Consider Resolution 12-034; Accepting a Donation for the Veteran's Memorial from NE <br />40 Kiwanis Foundation; and <br />41 F. Consider Resolution 12-035; Accepting a Donation for the Veteran's Memorial from the <br />42 Kiwanis Club of St. Anthony. <br />43 <br />44 Mayor Faust noted that the tobacco license for Flamezz Hookah is being issued pending the <br />45 appeal hearing on March 27, 2012. <br />46 <br />47 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the Consent <br />48 Agenda items. <br />49 <br />
