You recently approved the Cutlers to have 5 <br />chickens (liens). Our first thought was to share the hens with the Cutler family and keep <br />them on their property. When I got home to my family and mentioned the approval. My 9 <br />year old asked me why we can't have them on our property. In speaking to my wife who <br />home schools my 3 children. We thought it would be a great opportunity to teach our <br />children responsibility and an element to our home school. We have access to a chicken <br />coupe and chicken wire for the "Run". I attached a drawing for our plan in our back yard. <br />We are requesting 5 chickens "hens" to be secure within the coupe and run behind our <br />garage at 3013 29°i Ave Ne. It's my understanding that the next agenda for the city <br />counsel meeting is full. I was wondering if this could be placed on the March 27°i city <br />counsel meeting?
