ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 APRIL 24, 2012 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />16 Absent: None. <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, City Attorney Jay Lindgren, Finance Director Shelly <br />18 Rueckert, and Director of Public Works Jay Hartman. <br />19 Guests: Janelte Borgen (WS13 & Associates) and Students from the University of Minnesota <br />20 Capstone Program. <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />24 ITEMS. <br />25 <br />26 L APPROVAL OF APRIL 24, 2012, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />27 <br />28 Mayor Faust noted the addition of agenda item II.A. to recognize the 50°i anniversary of the <br />29 Kiwanis Club of St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br />30 <br />31 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve the City <br />32 Council Meeting Agenda of April 24, 2012, as amended. <br />33 <br />34 Motion carried unanimously. <br />35 <br />36 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />37 <br />38 A. Resolution 12-046; To Recognize the 50°i Anniversary of the Kiwanis Club of St. <br />39 Anthony, Minnesota. <br />40 <br />41 Councilmember Jenson recited the proclamation recognizing the 50°i anniversary of the Kiwanis <br />42 Club of St. Anthony. <br />43 <br />44 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution <br />45 12-046; "fo Recognize the 50°i Anniversary of the Kiwanis Club of St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br />46 <br />47 Motion carried unanimously. <br />48 <br />49 III.
