CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 12-047 <br />APPROVAL OF A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSISSIPPI <br />WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (MWMO) <br />FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 471.59 authorizes governmental units to enter <br />into intergovernmental agreements: and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Mississippi Watershed Management <br />Organization (MWMO) are both governmental units as defined under <br />Minnesota Statutes section 471.59; and <br />WHEREAS, the MWMO desires to contract with the City of St. Anthony for the <br />provision of a certain set of financial services as described in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto ("the Services"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to assist the MWMO and has the ability to <br />provide the Services to the extent and on the terms provided within the <br />agreement <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves the Shared Services Agreement with the Mississippi <br />Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) for Financial Services. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2012. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />15 <br />
