CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 12-055 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for street and utility reconstruction: <br />• Edward Street from 35°i Avenue NE to 36°' Avenue NE <br />• 36°i Avenue NE from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to W S13 & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the "Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted this 12°i day of June, 2012. <br />ATTES"r: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />RT11,22012VLv)Y013-AwhI ... ,, <br />115 <br />
