117 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: June 12, 2012 <br />TO: Mark Casey, City Manager <br />FROM: Barb Suciu, City Clerk <br />ITEM: Amending St. Anthony City Code Section 30.17, Absentee Ballot <br />Board <br />In reviewing documents for the upcoming election; it was discovered St. <br />Anthony's ordinance 30.17 pertaining to Absentee Ballot Board is outdated. By <br />approving this "housekeeping" amendment, St. Anthony's ordinance will <br />comply with current state statutes. <br />Staff recommends waiving the first and second reading and adopting the <br />ordinance amendment to be in compliance with the upcoming absentee voting <br />season. <br />Attachment <br />Ordinance 2012-05; Amending St. Anthony City Code Section 30.17; Absentee Ballot Board <br />
