EXHIBIT G <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />WHEREAS, the CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, a Minnesota statutory <br />city (the "City"), the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SAINT ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "Authority"), and ST. ANTHONY <br />LEASED HOUSING ASSOCIATES Il, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Minnesota limited <br />partnership (the "Developer"), have entered into a Rental Housing Redevelopment Agreement <br />executed by and between the Authority and the Developer dated , 2012 (the <br />"Development Agreement") pursuant to which the Developer has agreed to construct the <br />"Minimum Improvements" on the "Development Property" as such terms are defined in the <br />Development Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has to the present date performed said covenants and <br />conditions insofar as it is able in a manner deemed sufficient by the City and the Authority to <br />permit the execution and recording of this certification; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this is to certify that construction of the Minimum Improvements <br />specified to be done and made by the Developer have been completed and the above covenants <br />and conditions in said Development Agreement of the Developer with respect to the construction <br />of the Minimum Improvements have been performed by the Developer, and the County Recorder <br />or the Registrar of Titles in and for the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota is hereby <br />authorized to accept for recording and to record the filing of this instrument, to be a conclusive <br />determination of the satisfaction of the obligations of the Developer with respect to the <br />construction of the Minimum Improvements. Any remaining obligations under the Development <br />Agreement shall be solely contractual obligations of the Developer, its successors and assigns <br />under the Development Agreement, shall not run with nor be a lien against the Development <br />Property. <br />G-1 <br />
