EXHIBIT G CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION WHEREAS, the CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, a Minnesota statutory city (the "City"), the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "Authority"), and ST. ANTHONY LEASED HOUSING ASSOCIATES Il, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Minnesota limited partnership (the "Developer"), have entered into a Rental Housing Redevelopment Agreement executed by and between the Authority and the Developer dated , 2012 (the "Development Agreement") pursuant to which the Developer has agreed to construct the "Minimum Improvements" on the "Development Property" as such terms are defined in the Development Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Developer has to the present date performed said covenants and conditions insofar as it is able in a manner deemed sufficient by the City and the Authority to permit the execution and recording of this certification; NOW, THEREFORE, this is to certify that construction of the Minimum Improvements specified to be done and made by the Developer have been completed and the above covenants and conditions in said Development Agreement of the Developer with respect to the construction of the Minimum Improvements have been performed by the Developer, and the County Recorder or the Registrar of Titles in and for the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota is hereby authorized to accept for recording and to record the filing of this instrument, to be a conclusive determination of the satisfaction of the obligations of the Developer with respect to the construction of the Minimum Improvements. Any remaining obligations under the Development Agreement shall be solely contractual obligations of the Developer, its successors and assigns under the Development Agreement, shall not run with nor be a lien against the Development Property.
