ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 12-073 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE SANITARY SEWER <br />EASEMENT (Hennepin County Document #2524860) DESCRIBED BELOW <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony Village approves vacating the sanitary sewer easement in the <br />following location: <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows <br />Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, ST. ANTHONY LANEL ADDITION; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of North 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East, along a <br />northwesterly line of said lot, a distance of 178.00 feet to an interior corner of said lot; thence North <br />38 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West, along a southwesterly line of said lot and its northwesterly <br />extension, a distance of 183.00 feet to the center line of "Old St. Anthony and Taylors Falls Road" <br />as shown on the plat of KENZIE TERRACE, ADDITION; thence South 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 <br />seconds West, along said center line, a distance of 435.46 feet to the most northerly northwest <br />corner of the plat of KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION: thence on a bearing of East, along the north <br />line of said KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION, a distance of 215.47 feet to the northeast corner of <br />Lot 2, Block 1, KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION; thence continue on a bearing of East a distance <br />of 113.81 feet to a southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, ST. ANTHONY LANEL ADDITION, <br />which corner bears South 38 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 22.28 feet from the <br />point of beginning; thence North 38 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West, along a southwesterly <br />line of said Lot 1, a distance of 22.28 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EXCEPTING "THEREFROM that part thereof lying within the right-of-way of Old St. Anthony and <br />Taylors Falls Road n/k/a Kenzie "terrace (Co.
