CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-022 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />2013 Street and Utili y Improvement Project <br />This project consists of street, sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage improvements in the <br />following locations: <br />• Edward Street from 35°i Avenue NE to 36°' Avenue NE <br />• 36°i Avenue NE fi•om Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $1,803,196.62. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 26°i day of <br />February 2013, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon <br />thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />3.
