Resolution 13-021; a Resolution Declaring the Costs to be Assessed and Ordering <br />Preparation of the Proposed Assessment for the 2013 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />Justin Messner, WSB & Associates is presenting. <br />Mr. Messner presented the resolution declaring the amount to be assessed to be approximately <br />$379,200.40. He stated the bid price for the improvement is approximately $1,311,446.62. The <br />total cost of the improvement with engineering, legal, and administrative fees will be <br />approximately $1,803,196.62. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve Resolution 13- <br />021; Declaring the Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of the Proposed Assessment <br />for the 2013 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />E. Resolution 13-022; a Resolution Calling a Hearing on Proposed Assessments for the <br />2013 Street and Utility Improvement. Justin Messner, WSB & Associates is presenting, <br />Mr. Messner presented the resolution setting an assessment hearing on February 26, 2013, at 7 <br />p.m. He stated this project consists of street, sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage <br />improvements in the following locations: Edward Street from 35°i Avenue NE to 36°' Avenue <br />NE; and, 36°i Avenue NE from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve Resolution <br />13-022; Calling a Hearing on Proposed Assessments for the 2013 Street and Utility <br />Improvement. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />F. Resolution 13-023; a Resolution Acceptingand nd Approving the Capital Project Agreement <br />between the City of St. Anthony Village and the Mississippi Watershed Management <br />Organization (MWMO Agreement #204-12-01). Justin Messner, WSB & Associates is <br />presenting. <br />Mr. Messner presented the resolution accepting the grant agreement between the City of St. <br />Anthony Village and the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization for the construction <br />of a stormwater treatment system on the south end of St. Anthony Village. He indicated the <br />location of the proposed stormwater management system on a map. Mr. Messner stated the <br />system is anticipated to be constructed in the year 2013 and be operational in the spring of 2014. <br />Fie provided a drawing of the surface water quality improvements. <br />Mayor Faust asked when the project would begin. Mr. Messner stated construction would begin <br />early Fall of 2013. Mr. Messner stated this would affect 40% of the community land area. <br />5 <br />
