As such, a "Total <br />MaxillIL1111 Daily Load study has been completed and an implementation plan prepared Por the <br />restoration of Silver Lake. Onc of the implementation components is the removal of' carp to <br />allow for the growth of vegetation, reduction in suspended material, and restoration of the <br />ecology in Silver Lake, <br />Clic City of St. Anthony has been working with multiple agencies including: <br />• City of Columbia I Ieights <br />• City of New Brighton <br />• Rice Creek Watershed District <br />• Three Rivers Park District <br />• Ramsey County <br />To complete this activity, each of the stakeholders has agreed to participate with cash or in-kind <br />services to assist with the removal ofcarp. <br />For your consideration, two resolutions are attached to complete carp removal at Silver Lake: <br />1. Resolution accepting funds from outside sources for the removal of carp from Silver <br />Lake in the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />2.
