CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-036 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR THE SILVER <br />LAKE CARP REMOVAL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Silver Lake has been listed as an impaired water by the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency; and <br />WHEREAS, the removal of carp is a recognized implementation component of the approved TMDL <br />implementation plan for Silver Lake <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village: <br />1. The City of St. Anthony Village hereby commits to complete the attached Scope of <br />Services to remove carp from Silver Lake with services provided by Anthony Haurenek <br />and Jeff Richmann for an amount not to exceed $28,920; <br />2. The City of St. Anthony pledges to commit up to $7,500 towards the completion of the <br />scope of services; <br />3. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute said agreements for and <br />on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village to complete the scope of work. <br />Adopted this 26°i day of March, 2013 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
