This resolution approves the plans and specifications and authorizes the advertisement <br />for bids for the Salo Ponds water quality treatment system. <br />This project will meet the RCWD permit requirements for the City's 2013 Street Reconstruction <br />project and achieve a significant nutrient reduction in storm water discharged to Silver Lake. <br />This project is included in the approved Minnesota Pollution Control Agencies TMDL <br />Implementation Plan to improve the water quality of Silver Lake.
