ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 13-049 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2014 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for street and utility reconstruction: <br /> <br /> Edgemere Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane <br /> Wendhurst Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane <br /> Penrod Lane from 37th Avenue NE to Skycroft Drive <br /> Chelmsford Lane from 37th Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive <br /> 36th Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest Road <br /> Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the “Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of June , 2013. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
