Background <br />The property owner wishes to construct a seven -foot by seven -foot (49 square feet) shed in the side <br />yard of the property located at 2909 Silver Lake Court. The shed would be eight and a half feet tall. <br />The plans show the proposed shed would be located approximately four feet from the foundation of <br />the house; however, the zoning code requires the measurement be from the eave of the roof.
