CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-060 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR ELECTION EQUIPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County purchased election equipment with a digital scan voting system; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County desires to lease the new Election Equipment, which includes three (3) <br />D5200 Digital 5can Precinct Count Units (including six (6) 4 GB Jump Drives) and <br />three (3) D5200 Plastic Ballot Boxes; and <br />WHEREAS, in addition to the digital scan voting system, 5t. Anthony will lease three (30 <br />AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals, six (6) flashcards and three (3)E5 & 5 <br />AutoMARK tables; and <br />WHEREAS, the above mentioned equipment will be used for all City Elections. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of 5t. Anthony Village <br />approves the lease agreement with Hennepin County for Election Equipment. <br />Adopted this 13th day of August, 2013. <br />Jerome O.
