ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 2013-01 <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 150.070 LAND USE; FENCES <br />The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony ordains cis follows: <br />§ 150.070 DEFINITION. <br />For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition sliall apply unless the context clearly indicates <br />or requires a different meaning. <br />I+'ENCS. A partition, structure, wall, or gate erected as a dividing marker, barrier, enclosure, or <br />visual obstruction, but excluding buildings and bushes, hedges, trees, and other living landscaping. <br />(1993 Code, § 1320.01) <br />LOT. An area of land intended for occupancy or use as permitted in the zoning code, and <br />otherwise meeting the requirements of the zoning code. <br />LOT LINE.
