CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-062 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br />ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2014 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 25, 2013, a report was prepared by <br />WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br />Edgemere Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane <br />Wendhurst Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane <br />Penrod Lane from 37"' <br />E Avenue Nto Skyeroft Drive <br />e Chelmsford Lane from 37°i Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive <br />36'1' Avenue NL from Silver Lake Road to I-lighcrest Road <br />Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility Report recommends the following street and utility improvements in 2014: <br />Edgemere Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane <br />® Wendhurst Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane <br />Penrod Lane from 37°i Avenue NL to 36°' Avenue NI <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost <br />effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,191,739.88. <br />2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
