CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY STA'L'E OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 13-05 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECERTIFICATION OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 APACHE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT I OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE WHEREAS, on March 23, 1993, the City of St. Anthony Village (the "City") created its'I'ax Increment Financing District No. 3 Apache Plaza Redevelopment I, (the "District") within its Redevelopment Project Area No. 3 (the "project"); and WHEREAS, tax increment bonds to which tax increment from the District have been pledged was issued, and W I IEREAS, the bonds have been paid in full all other costs ofthe Project have been paid; and WHEREAS, there are no parcels located in the District which have delinquent or contested taxes, and W HEREAS, the City desires by this resolution to cause the early decertification of the District due 1'o all obligations being paid in full; and WHEREAS, expiration of the District will cause all property taxes generated by property within the District to be distributed in the same manner as all other property taxes beginning in 2014. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that the City's staff and consultants shall take such action as is necessary to cause the County Auditor of Ramsey County to decertify the District as a tax increment district and to no longer remit tax increment from the District to the City.
