40 <br />3. The code was originally written for condos, where the wording makes more sense, but it does not <br />apply to the structure and ownership conditions of a Townhome. <br />4. The ridiculous of the code: the fire marshall would say any of these homeowners with decks at <br />ground level can not even sit on their deck or patio in the evening with a mosquito candle burning or <br />light a cigarette with a lighter. <br />Please respond with how City Council will handle this appeal and the time frame.
