ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 8, 2013 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: Executive Director Mark Casey. <br />I. APPROVAL OF OCT013ER 8, 2013 H.R.A. MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the October 8, <br />2013, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of September 10, 2013; and <br />B. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None. <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />A. Resolution 13-05: a Resolution Approving the Decertification of Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3 Apache Redevelopment I of the City of St. Anthony. Mark <br />Casey, Executive Director is presenting:. <br />Executive Director Casey reported that on March 23, 1993 the City and the H.R.A. established <br />the above referenced redevelopment TIF district for the development of Cub Foods. He advised <br />that the City/H.R.A. issued taxable TIF bonds in the amount of $1,170,000 for the project, which <br />was paid in full on February 1, 2013. He explained that the State Statute dictates that when the <br />obligations are paid in full the district must be decertified and any remaining tax increment in the <br />account returned to the County for redistribution to the City, County and School District. <br />1 <br />
