27 CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2013-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS §33.036 WATER RATES AND ,33.061 MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS OF THE ST. ANTHONY CITY CODE The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village ordains as follows: Section One. Amendment to the City of Saint Anthony Village City Code Sections 03.036 Water Rate and 03.061 of the City Code of the City of Saint Anthony Village is hereby amended as follows. The deleted language is represented by str-ikethr-eug# text. The additional language is represented by italics text. 33.018 SEWER RATES: $3-.78-3.99 per 1,000 gallons 33.036 WATER RATES. Water bills will be computed quarterly based on metered water used according to the tiered rates system.
