In order for this space to be used tin' <br />our intended purpose. a nety point of entry is needed. We v,ould like to build a deck -like <br />staircase on the north side orthe garage. tt�hich would alhrw access to the attic studio, <br />Linfortunately. the home is already placed on the north side of our pruperty, located just <br />rite feet (gain the northern property line. Strict enforcement of pruperty zoning would <br />not alloty us to build the staircase needed. The north side of the garage is the only <br />possible location for an external staircase.
