86 <br />Section Two. Findings for Amending the City of Saint Anthony Village City Sections <br />$152.176, &152.179 and §152.180. In amending Sections §152.176, §152.179, and §152.180 of the <br />City of Saint Anthony Village City Code relating to the regulations of accessory buildings and <br />driveways, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village finds that the amendment is <br />required for the public good; is in the interest of public health, safety and welfare; and is <br />compatible with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />Section Three. Effective Date.
