CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-011 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF <br />STATE TRAVEL POLICY FOR 2014 <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute Chapter 156, Section 56, Article 2 now requires <br />that cities, counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates <br />travel by located elected officials outside of the state; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually; <br />WHEREAS, any changes to the policy must be approved by a recorded vote; and <br />WHEREAS, elected officials of the City of St. Anthony Village will follow the <br />limitations outlined in the policy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy for 2014. <br />Adopted this 14�h day of lanuary 2014. <br />Jerome O.
