CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-015 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2014 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />2014 Street and Utility Improvement Project <br />This project consists of street, sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage improvements in the <br />following locations: <br />• Penrod Lane from %'h Avenue NE to 37h Avenue NE <br />• Edgemere Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Road NE <br />• Wendhurst Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Road NE <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $2,191,741.08. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 25`h day of <br />February 2014, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon <br />thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed <br />improvements to be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart <br />and at least three days prior to the hearing. <br />Adopted this 28th day of January , 2014. <br />C � <br />Jerome O.
