ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-021 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2014 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 28d' day of January 2014, fixed a date for <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />2014 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br />This project consists of improvements by reconstruction or new construction of <br />1. Street and Utility Reconstruction <br />• Penrod Lane NE from 36th Avenue NE to 37th Avenue NE <br />• Edgemere Avenue NE from Penrod Lane NE to Chelmsford Road NE <br />• Wendhurst Avenue NE from Penrod Lane NE to Chelmsford Road NE <br />2. Central Park Rain Garden <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of February 2014, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this 25'" day of February, 2014. <br />Jim )kotf i, Mayor Pro Tem <br />ATTEST: k, " <br />Barbara J.
