ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-032 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE FUNDS FROM <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT FOR THE IN PAVEMENT <br />LED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AT KENZIE TERRACE <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony Village has requested and received funding for the <br />installation of an In Pavement LED Pedestrian Crossing of Hennepin County Road 153, Kenzie <br />Terrace at Pentagon Drive, <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Cooperative Agreement No. PW 07-10-14 to provide <br />partial funding for the In Pavement LED Crossing of Kenzie Terrace, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village that the City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to enter into Cooperative <br />Agreement with Hennepin County and to accept the funds for and on behalf of the City of St. <br />Anthony Village in the amount of $50,000 for the Kenzie Terrace In Pavement LED Pedestrian <br />Crossing. <br />Adopted this 13'h day of May, 2014. <br />Jerome O.
