CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-033 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE KENZIE TERRACE IN PAVEMENT LED <br />PEDESTRIAN CROSSING PROJECT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND AUTHORIZING SOLICITATION OF QUOTES <br />WHEREAS, the engineering firm of WSB & Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the Kenzie Terrace In -Pavement LED Pedestrian Crossing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br />1.) Such improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible. <br />2.) Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br />3.) The anticipated construction cost will not exceed $100,000. <br />4.) The City authorizes WSB & Associates to solicit quotes for the In Pavement LED Pedestrian <br />crossing at Pentagon Drive. <br />5.) The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute a contract to construct these <br />improvements with the selected contractor. <br />Adopted this 13`s day of May, 2014. <br />Jerome O.
