CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
May 27, 2014

Call to Order.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call.
Consideration discussion, and possible action on all of the following items:
Approval of the May 27, 2014, City Council Meeting Agenda. lacdon requested./
Proclamations and Recognitions.
A. Salo Park Concert Series. Jan Fillmore will be presenting.
III. Consent Agenda.
These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or
citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the ConsentAgenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda.
A. Approval of May 13, 2014, Council Meeting Minutes.
B. Licenses and Permits.
C. Claims.
D. Resolution 14-034; a resolution confirming the Extension of Limited Clean Up and Property damage
Protection for Sewer Back Ups and Water Main Breaks for Water and Sewer Customers.
E. Resolution 14-035; a resolution regarding Renewal of Municipal Insurance Coverage and the Waiver of
Tort Liability Limits for the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust.
F. Resolution 14-036; a resolution approving the Continued Participation in the Ramsey County Law
Enforcement Agency Multi -Jurisdiction Mutual Aid Agreement for the St. Anthony Police Department.
IV. Public Hearing. None.
V. Reports from Commission and Staff. Dan Bartel, Planning Commissioner will be presenting.
A. Resolution 14-037; Approving a Conditional Use permit (CUP) to Allow a Drive -Through window on the
south side of the Existing Cub Foods Store to Serve the In -House Pharmacy on the Property located at
3930 Silver Lake Road.
VI. General Business of Council.
A. Resolution 14-038; a resolution for the Preliminary Assessment that the Comcast of Minnesota, Inc.
Cable Franchise Renewal Should Not/Should be Renewed. Cor Wilson, North Suburban Communications
Commission will be presenting.
B. Resolution 14-039; a resolution providing for the Sale of $3,750,000 General Obligation Tax Increment
Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014B. Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates will be presenting.
C. Resolution 14-040; a resolution providing for the Sale of $1,330,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds,
Series 2014C. Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates will be presenting.
VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members.

Vlll. Community Forum.
Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their
name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally,
the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for o future report or direct the
matter to be scheduled on on upcoming agenda.
