Consideration, discussion, and possible action on all of the following items. Approval of the June 10, 2014, City Council Meeting Agenda. (action requested.) II. Proclamations and Recognitions. III. Consent Agenda. These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A. Approval of May 27, 2014, Council Meeting Minutes. B. Licenses and Permits. C. Claims. D. Resolution 14-041; a resolution calling for a Special City Council meeting on Monday, June 30, 2014. IV. Public Hearing. None. V. Reports from Commission and Staff. None. VI. General Business of Council. A. Resolution 14-042; a resolution Approving a Request to Keep Five (5) Female Chickens in an R-1 Zoning District at 3520 Edward Street. B. Resolution 14-043; a resolution of Intent to Amend the Petition for the New Brighton/St. Anthony Basic Water Management Project, Rice Creek Watershed District Project 2013-01, to allow Implementation of Mirror Lake and Hansen Park Project Components without Delay, to Acknowledge the Allocation of Local Project Costs for the Mirror Lake and Hansen Park Project Components, to Allow Proceeding to Project Phases 2 & 3 for other Project Components, to Consent to the Addition of the City of Roseville as an Additional Petitioner for the Basic Water Management Project, and Authorizing Amended Petition. Phil Belfiori and Kyle Axtell, Rice Creek Watershed District & Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. C. Resolution 14-044; a resolution adopting the Sign Retroreflectivity Policy. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. D. Resolution 14-045; a resolution ordering Preparation of a Feasibility Report for the 2015 Street and Utility Improvements. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. E. Severe Weather Preparations. Fire Chief Mark Sitarz will be presenting. VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members. Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for o future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on on upcoming agenda.
