RESOLUTION 13-016
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 2013 - 2014 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND INTERNATIONAL UNION OF
OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL 49, AFL-CIO, REPRESENTING
THE ST. ANTHONY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2013 - 2014 Agreement between the International Union of
Operating Engineers, Local 49, representing the St. Anthony Public Works Department,
and the City of St. Anthony is hereby ratified and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted this 8th day of lanuary 2013.
