RESOLUTION 13-023
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE CAPITAL PROJECT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE
MISSISSIPPI WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
(MWMO Agreement #204-12-01)
WHEREAS, The Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) has approved the City of
St. Anthony to receive funding to implement a stormwater treatment system project within
the boundaries of the MWMO; and
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony is eligible to obtain MWMO funds in the amount of $1,209,000 to
accelerate implementation of the MWMO Plan, Goals, and Policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village:
1) the City of St. Anthony Village hereby commits to design, construction and operate the stormwater
improvements set forth in the agreement; and
2) the City Council agrees to accept and approve the Grant Agreement between the City of St. Anthony
Village and the MWMO; and
3) the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute said Agreement
for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village.
