RESOLUTION 13-027
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 22'd day of January 2013, fixed a date for
Council hearing on the proposed improvements:
2013 Street and Utility Improvements Project
This project consists of improvements by reconstruction or new construction of:
1. Street and Utility Reconstruction
• Edward Street from 35'h Avenue NE to 35h Avenue NE
• 36'h Avenue NE from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was
given and the hearing was held thereon on the 26h day of February 2013, at which time all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village
approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution.
Adopted this 26h day of February, 2013.
