RESOLUTION 13-049
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE 2014 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for street and utility reconstruction:
Edgemere Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane
Wendhurst Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Lane
Penrod Lane from 37`h Avenue NE to Skycroft Drive
Chelmsford Lane from 37 h Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive
36°i Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest Road
Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive
WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the "Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
