RESOLUTION 13-051
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS FROM THE MISSISSIPPI
WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (MWMO) FOR THE CAPITAL
PROJECT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,208.25
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony entered into a Capital Project Agreement with the
Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) to implement a storm
water treatment system project within the boundaries of the MWMO; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received reimbursement funds in the amount of
$13,208.25 for costs incurred for the Capital Project through May 23, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village
accepting reimbursement funds from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization
(MWMO) for the Capital Project Agreement in the amount of $13,208.25.
