RESOLUTION 13-060
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR ELECTION EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, Hennepin County purchased election equipment with a digital scan voting system;
and
WHEREAS, the County desires to lease the new Election Equipment, which includes three (3)
DS200 Digital Scan Precinct Count Units (including six (6) 4 GB Jump Drives) and
three (3) DS200 Plastic Ballot Boxes; and
WHEREAS, in addition to the digital scan voting system, St. Anthony will lease three (30
AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals, six (6) flashcards and three (3)ES & S
AutoMARK tables; and
WHEREAS, the above mentioned equipment will be used for all City Elections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village
approves the lease agreement with Hennepin County for Election Equipment.
Adopted this 13th day of August, 2013.
