RESOLUTION 14-036
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE RAMSEY
COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY MULTI -JURISDICTION MUTUAL AID
AGREEMENT FOR THE ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has been participating in the Ramsey County
Law Enforcement Agency Multi -Jurisdiction mutual aid agreement; and
WHEREAS, this multi -jurisdiction mutual aid agreement allows all parties to be prepared to
adequately address, fire, flood, natural disaster, civil disturbances, or any other
emergency that may occur within the jurisdictions of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department desires to continue participating in the
Ramsey County Law Enforcement Agency Multi -Jurisdiction mutual aid
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Anthony, Minnesota
approves the continued participation in the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Agency Multi -
Jurisdiction Mutual Aid Agreement for the St. Anthony Police Department.
