STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 14-041
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON
MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2014
WHEREAS, the City Council has requested a special meeting on June 30, 2014;
and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the special meeting is to award the sale of General
Obligation Tax Increment Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014B,
General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2014C and to receive the
Organized Collection Proposal; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with state statute these will be the only business items
transacted during the special meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony calls for a Special City Council meeting on Monday, June 30, 2014.
Adopted this 10th day of une 2014.
