ANTHONY VILLAGE CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA March 26, 2013 7:00 p.m. Call to Order. Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call. Consideration, Discussion, and Possible Action on All of the following items: I. Approval of the March 26, 2013, City Council Meeting Agenda. (action requested.) II. Proclamations and Recognitions. (None.) III. Consent Agenda. These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A. Approval of March 12, 2013, Council Meeting Minutes. B. Licenses and Permits. C. Claims. IV. Public Hearing. (None.) V. Reports from Commission and Staff. (None.) VI. General Business of Council. A. Open to Business Presentation. Rob Smolund, Open to Business is presenting. B. Resolution 13-033; Resolution Authorizing Issuance, Awarding Sale, Prescribing the Form and Details and Providing for the Payment of $1,810,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2013B. Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates is presenting. C. St. Anthony Public Works Annual Report. Jay Hartman, Public Works Director is presenting. D. Resolution 13-034; Resolution Approving the Water, Sewer and Stormwater Rates for 2013. Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director is presenting. E. Resolution 13-035; Resolution Accepting Funds from Stakeholders for the Removal of Carp from Silver Lake in the City of St. Anthony Village. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates is presenting. F. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk’s record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda.
