CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA August 13, 2013 7:00 p.m. Call to Order. Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call. Consideration, Discussion, and Possible Action on All of the following items: I. Approval of the August 13, 2013, City Council Meeting Agenda. (action requested.) II. Proclamations and Recognitions. (None.) III. Consent Agenda. These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A. Approval of July 23, 2013, Council Meeting Minutes. B. Licenses and Permits. C. Claims. D. Resolution13-060; a Resolution Approving a Lease Agreement with Hennepin County for Election Equipment. IV. Public Hearing. (None.) V. Reports from Commission and Staff. (None.) VI. General Business of Council. A. Operational Research Assistance (OPERA) Program Recap. Janelle Borgen, WSB & Associates is presenting. B. St. Anthony Liquor Operations Mid-Year Report. Mike Larson, Liquor Operations Manager is presenting. C. Resolution 13-061; a Resolution Approving a Shared Services Agreement with the City of Birchwood Village for City Clerk and Treasurer Services. Mark Casey, City Manager is presenting. VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members. VIII. Community Forum. Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk’s record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda.
