RESOLUTION 14-069
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE
MISSISSIPPI WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (MWMO)
FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 471.59 authorizes governmental units to enter
into intergovernmental agreements: and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Mississippi Watershed Management
Organization (MWMO) are both governmental units as defined under
Minnesota Statutes section 471.59; and
WHEREAS, the MWMO and City of St. Anthony Village entered into a shared services
agreement in May, 2012 for financial services; and
WHEREAS, the shared services agreement has been amended with the addition of
Exhibit B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the amending the Shared Services Agreement with the Mississippi
Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) for Financial Services.
