SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 8, 2014
CALL TO ORDER.
Mayor Faust called the special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Roth and Stille.
Absent: Councilmember Jenson.
Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey.
Guest: George Hoff, Hoff, Barry & Kozar, P.A., Jay Lindgren, Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, and
Brian Gaviglio (LMCIT).
I. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL.

Closed Session permitted by the attorney-client privilege (Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05,
subdivision 3(b)) to discuss litigation involving the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mayor Faust closed the meeting at 5:31 p.m.
Mayor Faust re -opened the meeting at 7:28 p.m.
II1. ADJOURNMENT.
Mayor Faust adjourned the meeting at 7:29 p.m.
