RESOLUTION 14-077
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 2015-2016 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF
OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL 49, AFL-CIO, REPRESENTING
THE ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2015-2016 Agreement between the International Union of
Operating Engineers, Local 49, representing the St. Anthony Village Public Works
Department, and the City of St. Anthony Village is hereby ratified and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted this 25th day of November 2014.
