The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:35 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sauer, Miedtke, Sundland. Stauffer arrived at 7:45 P.M.
Absent: Haik
Also present: Jerry Dulgar, Harry Lekson, Harold Hudson, Hennepin County Assessor's
office.
Mayor Miedtke introduced those at the council table and then explained the
purpose of the meeting and the procedures the council planned to follow.
The following residents were present and spoke to the council and requested that
their property be reappraised.
Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to have the assessor
reappraise the following homeowners property:
Earl N. Noe, 2712 Hilldale
Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to have the assessor re-
appraise the following homeowners home:
Corinna Mancada, 3107 Silver Lake Road
Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to have the
assessor reappraise the following homeowners home:
Albert Hager, 3417 33rd Avenue N.E.
Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to have the assessor
reappraise the following homeowners home:
Albert Branger, 3608 Maplewood
All of the above were to contact the city assessor before 8:00 A.M. Monday,
May 24th if they decided they didn't want the reappraisal.
The following residents presented cards to the city assessor or requested verbally
that their homes or property be reappraised:
Alice S. Gray, 2508 33rd Avenue for lot located at 3227 Roosevelt St. N.E.
L. Patricia Clark, 2816 30th Avenue N.E.
Peter Dziekciowski, 3610 Harding St. N.r.
Clarence Albrecht, 2501 33rd Avenue N.L.
Dmytro Lenczuk, 3112 Roosevelt St. N.E.
Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to have the assessor
revalue the five properties listed above.
Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to establish the policy
that values will not be changed unless they go up or down over $500.00.
Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer Ato rec the meeting
intil June 8th at 7:30 P.M. u
