Home My WebLink AboutRES 15-028 Amd NSCC Admin AgreementCITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 15-028 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED BY-LAWS OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION AND NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE WHEREAS, the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint Powers Agreement was established in 1983: and WHEREAS, the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint Powers Agreement was amended in 1990; and WHEREAS, amendments have been suggested to the By -Laws of the North Suburban Communications Commission and the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable Communications Franchise; and WHEREAS, approving the amended the North Suburban Communications Commission By -Laws and North Suburban Cable Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable Communications Franchise create current practice, language consistency and clarity. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony hereby approves the Amended By - Laws of the North Suburban Communications Commission and North Suburban Cable Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable Commissions Franchise.
