RESOLUTION 15-025
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE 2015 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 10'h day of February 2015, fixed a date
for Council hearing on the proposed improvements:
1. 2015 Street & Utility Reconstruction
• 36'h Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Higsherest Road
• Chelmsford Road from 36'h Avenue NE to 37' Avenue NE
2. 2015 Bituminous Mill & Overlay
St. Anthony Boulevard from Ridgeway Parkway to the bridge crossing the Minneapolis
Diagonal Trail
3. Alle,3way Surface and Drainage Improvements
• Alleyway bound by Silver Lake Road (east), 29" Avenue NE (north), Coolidge Street
(west), and St. Anthony Boulevard (south)
4. Backyard Drainage Improvements
• Backyard area of homes located between Belden Drive, 34'h Avenue NE, and Edward
Street
5. LED Pedestrian Crossing Improvements
• Intersection of Kenzie Terrace and 27" Avenue NE
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was
given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10'h day of March 2015, at which time all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village
approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution.
